Innsbruck, the resort capital of Tyrol:
An alpine village with bracing fresh air, narrow cobbled streets, Centuries-old buildings, and mountains on all sides. The city was once the seat of the great Habsburg Dynasty.
Old Town Hall:
Golden Roof and Altes Rathaus:
(Golden Roof, built in 1494. Used to sit Emperor Maximilian I and his Queen watching the Jousting tournaments and plays on the square below. It is the most important symbol of the city. The roof is covered with 2657 gilded copper roof tiles.)
